三次元量測儀原理

v空間物體是由三度空間的座標尺寸所構成,即長、寬、高三種長度尺寸。因此若有一測量儀器能同時測量三度空間的尺寸,即空間座標值,此種測量儀器稱為三次元座標量測儀

v其量測原理是利用測針(一般為紅寶石的測針)去碰撞工件的邊緣,取得該位置的座標值,再減去該探頭的半徑即為工件的真實座標值。一般而言,量測軟體會自動做轉換動作,便可計算出所要的座標值或尺寸。
